About us

A factory that behaves like a supplier

Toji Crafts started in 2013 as a small acrylic workshop supplying local display-makers. Today we cut, polish, print and assemble in one facility in Dongguan, Guangdong, and ship finished goods to wholesalers, game brands and gift retailers in North America, Europe and the Middle East.

We are not a trading company with a photo catalogue. Everything on this site is made here, which is why a wall thickness, a hinge or a gift box can change without a second supplier appearing in the conversation.

01

We cut, we do not resell

Sheet is bought against the project, cut and finished here. There is no second factory in the chain to blame when a colour drifts or a lid sits proud.

02

Game pieces are a speciality

Mahjong tiles and playing pieces are the hardest thing we make — dense bodies, printed faces, tight colour matching across batches.

03

Retail packing is in scope

Sleeves, gift boxes, EVA inserts, barcodes and hang tags come off the same floor as the product, so the unit ships shelf-ready.

How we work

Four habits that decide whether a custom run lands on time. None of them are novel; all of them are skipped by most suppliers.

Quote from a drawing, not a price list
Two projects that look alike rarely cost the same. We price the part you sent.
Sample before production
Nothing runs until you have held a physical sample and approved it in writing.
Photograph the first carton
A QC photo set goes out before the container is sealed — you see what we see.
Say no early
If a design will bond badly or fail a drop test, you hear it at quoting, not at delivery.
Your design stays yours
We do not reuse a customer’s artwork for another buyer, and we turn down requests to copy it.

What we do not do

Knowing the edges of a supplier saves you a wasted RFQ.

  • —Retail sales — no single-unit orders, no consumer shipping
  • —Warehousing or fulfilment for third-party stock
  • —Metal, wood or injection moulding
  • —Certification we do not hold: we will not claim ISO or FDA on your behalf

Want to see the workshop?

We host buyer visits by appointment and can arrange pickup from the nearest airport. If travel is not practical, ask for a video walkthrough of the line running your part.
