Custom acrylic work, from one-off samples to container loads

If it can be cut from acrylic sheet, printed on or bonded into a box, we can quote it. Below is what the line can hold, and how a project actually runs from your file to a sealed carton.

Typical MOQ
100 pcs – 200 sets
Sample lead time
3–5 days
Production
15–25 days · acrylic
Terms
EXW · FOB · DDP

How a project runs

  1. Step 1 Day 0

    Brief

Artwork (AI, PDF, DXF or STEP), finished size, quantity and packing. We flag anything that will not bond, mould or polish cleanly before quoting it.

  2. Step 2 1 business day

    Quote & BOM

A costed breakdown — sheet, cutting time, print, hardware, packing, freight — with MOQ per colour and a production window you can plan around.

  3. Step 3 3–5 days

    Sample

A physical sample cut from your file, or from a mould we already hold, photographed against a colour card before it ships.

  4. Step 4 15–25 days · acrylic

    Production

Cutting, polishing, printing and assembly on one line, with in-process checks on thickness, bond strength and print registration.

  5. Step 5 2 days

    QC & pack

AQL 2.5 inspection, a photo report of the first carton, then export cartons, pallets or retail-ready gift boxes with barcodes.

  6. Step 6 Depends on mode

    Ship

EXW, FOB Shenzhen, or DDP by air and sea. We book the forwarder and share tracking until the goods land.

Printed mahjong sets are the exception to every number above: a 160-tile set is sampled in about a month, and 100–500 sets run 3–4 months. We quote timing per project rather than pretending one figure fits all of it.

Materials we keep in stock

Same-part quotes depend on the sheet, so it helps to know what we run most. If your spec calls for something else, ask — we buy against the project.

Material Thickness Typical use Note
Cast acrylic (PMMA) 2–20 mm Mahjong tiles, mats, signage, award pieces Polishes to an optical edge; does not yellow like extruded sheet
Extruded acrylic 1.5–10 mm Cost-sensitive covers, flat panels, prototypes Cheaper per sheet; softer edge, more prone to crazing
PETG 1–6 mm Parts that must flex without cracking Tougher than acrylic, less clear, bonds differently
PVC foam board 3–19 mm Inserts, jigs, packaging bases Light and easy to route; not for exposed display faces
EVA / foam 10–40 mm Die-cut inserts inside gift boxes Cut to the product outline; colour matched to the box lining
