Frequently asked questions
The short answers. If yours is not here, email [email protected] — a person replies, usually within one business day.
Ordering
What is your minimum order quantity?
It depends on the line: 100 pieces for printed mats, 200 sets for printed mahjong, and usually 500 pieces up for bags and retail boxes. Stock moulds can run lower with a paid sample batch.
Do you sell retail quantities?
No. This site is for wholesale, private-label and project buyers. Single units are not something we can ship economically.
Can you produce from my artwork?
Yes. Send AI, PDF, DXF or STEP files with finished dimensions. We confirm feasibility in writing — including anything that will not bond or polish cleanly — before you commit to a sample.
What are your payment terms?
30% deposit and the balance before shipment for new buyers. Repeat accounts can move to 30/70 on documents or net terms after the first two orders.
Sampling & production
How long does a sample take?
Three to five working days for most acrylic items, about a week for printed mats (we run several designs in one round), and about a month for a full engraved and printed mahjong set. The sample cost is credited against the first bulk order above 1,000 pieces.
How long is production?
Standard acrylic work runs 15–25 days after sample approval. Printed mahjong sets are a different scale: 100–500 sets run 3–4 months, because each set is 160 cut, laminated, printed or engraved tiles. Peak season before Chinese New Year adds to both.
Can I change something after the sample?
Yes, until tooling is cut or printing plates are made. After that, changes are treated as a new version and re-quoted.
Do you keep the moulds and print plates?
Tooling we create for a project stays with us unless the quotation says otherwise. That keeps your unit price down on reorders; ask us to write the arrangement into the quote if you need the tooling.
Quality
How do you check quality?
AQL 2.5 inspection on the finished batch, plus a photo report of the first packed carton. Thickness, bond strength and print registration are checked in process, not only at the end.
What happens if something is wrong?
Send photos within 14 days of arrival. Confirmed defects are replaced in the next production run or credited, whichever you prefer.
Shipping & packing
Which Incoterms do you work on?
EXW, FOB Shenzhen, and DDP for door delivery. Air and sea are both available; we book the forwarder and share tracking through to arrival.
Can you do Amazon-ready or retail-ready packing?
Yes — barcoded polybags, warning labels, printed sleeves, rigid gift boxes and EVA inserts. Packing is quoted as its own line so you can compare it properly.
Ready to price a project?
Send the drawing and the quantity — you get a costed quote, not a price list.
