What we collect

When you submit the inquiry form we collect the name, company, email, country, product interest, quantity and message you provide. We also receive the page you submitted from, so we know which product you were looking at.

Why we collect it

Solely to answer your inquiry and, if we go on to trade, to fulfil orders. We do not sell or rent contact data, and we do not add you to a marketing list without a separate opt-in.

Processors

Form submissions are delivered by a transactional email provider and stored in our business mailbox. Hosting and CDN logs may record IP address and user agent for security and abuse prevention.

Write to [email protected] to request access, correction or deletion of the data you submitted.
