A set that arrives in a bag feels finished. This is the bag buyers use when the tiles are the product and the packaging has to say so — a soft faux suede shell with a gold-tone zip, big enough for a whole American set.

It holds the set

365 × 215 × 50 mm inside. That takes a full 160-tile American set with racks and pushers, and it takes a travel set with room to spare — the 50 mm gusset is what allows a stacked set to sit in the bag rather than be forced into it.

If your set is a different tile count or a different rack length, we adjust the pattern. Send the packed dimensions, not the tile dimensions: the bag has to fit the whole assembly.

Stitching is the whole product

Faux suede is forgiving material and unforgiving workmanship. A bag with a wavy seam or a puckered zip looks cheap next to one with a clean line, and no amount of marketing fixes it.

What we hold to:

• Even seam allowance the whole way round. The stitch line stays parallel to the edge rather than drifting at the corners.
• No puckering at the zip. The zip tape is attached flat, so the bag does not bunch when it is opened.
• Reinforced ends where the zip meets the side seam — the first place a bag fails.
• A shell that keeps its shape after packing and unpacking, because the suede is backed rather than loose.

This is a bag that gets carried weekly for years, so it is built for that rather than for the photograph.

100 colours

We hold a span of 100 colours — the browns, blacks and burgundies in the photos are the volume sellers, and pastels and deep jewel tones fill the rest of the range.

We do not publish the swatch book here, because a photo of fabric never matches it in a room. Email or WhatsApp us with the tone you are aiming for and we will send the swatch images, plus the closest match to a Pantone reference. For a first order, ask for a physical swatch card — a colour that reads warm on screen can arrive cold.

Logo: embroidery or print

Two methods, and the choice follows the design:

• Embroidery — thread, so the logo has a raised, tactile edge. Best for one or two solid colours, wordmarks and compact icons. It sits on the surface, which suits a premium bag.
• Print — flat and photographic; holds gradients, fine type and multi-colour artwork that thread cannot reproduce.

Both are applied before the bag is sewn, so the logo position is consistent across the run. Send vector artwork, and tell us the placement — centre of the panel is standard.

How pricing works

A bag is priced on size, fabric, logo method (embroidery carries a setup cost, print does not) and colour. The 100-colour range is real, but each colour runs from 100 pieces — so a three-colour order is three minimums, not one.

Volume above the minimum lowers the unit price steadily. What you are amortising is the setup and the cut, not the fabric.
